- Automatically collected information, standard web analytics data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics/Tag Manager where enabled).
- Application data, full loan applications are collected and processed through our secure application platform and the lender(s) considering your loan, under their own privacy and security programs.

- To communicate about your file, including status updates you've requested
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed mortgage professionals
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to serve you and operate lawfully: with lenders, processors, and settlement service providers involved in your transaction; with service providers who support our website and communications under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law or regulation. Financial privacy notices required under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act are provided in connection with loan applications.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, to request access to or deletion of personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements that apply to mortgage records), to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Never send full account numbers or Social Security numbers by unencrypted email, use the secure application link we provide. We retain records as required by mortgage licensing and federal regulations.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
